Eligibility

To be eligible for funding in 2025:

• Students should be pursuing education in either the UK or Germany and must have the right to remain and study in their chosen country.

• Applicants must be over 18 at the time of commencement of their studies.

• A B1 level of English is required as all correspondence will be undertaken in English.

• Eligible studies include university, college, apprenticeship, or vocational training.

•  Scholarships will be awarded, with a maximum value of approximately €20,000/£16,000. 

• Funds can be used for tuition fees, accommodation support, and other expenses, including food, household bills, travel, study materials, tools, or other required items related to the chosen field of study.

• To be considered for the Boldt-Riney Scholarship, applicants must have applied to the relevant educational bodies for a start in 2025, come from low-income households, and be able to demonstrate financial need.
